However, we take great care in delivering quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
